液基薄层细胞学技术对宫颈病变诊断1500例分析

摘要 目的:探讨液基薄层细胞技术(TCT)和Bethesda系统(TBS)用于宫颈细胞学检查的临床价值。方法:2006年6月—2007年3月利用TCT,结合TBS分类对1 500例患者进行宫颈细胞学检查。阳性结果患者在阴道镜下取宫颈活组织行病理检查。结果:1500例涂片中检出异常涂片92例,其中不明确意义的不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)20例(21.7%),不除外高度病变的不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-H)11例(12.0%),低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)36例(39.1%),高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)22例(23.9%),宫颈鳞癌3例(3.3%),病理符合率为92.4%。结论:TCT用于宫颈细胞学诊断,是筛查宫颈癌前病变的重要手段。 Objective: To probe the clinical value of fliquid-based cytololgytes(tTCT)and Bethesda system(TBS)in the screening of cervical intraepithelialn eoplasia(CIN).Methods: From June 2006 to March 2007,1 500 cases were detected by liquid-based cytologytest(TCT) and Bethesda system(TBS).The positive results were taken under guidance of colposcopicfor pathological examination.Results: The positive cases were 92 out of 1 500,among which atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance(ASCUS)were in 20 cases(21.7%);atypical squamous cells without exclusive high grade lesion(ASC-H)were in 11 cases(12.0%);low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)were in 36 cases(39.1%);high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)were in 22 cases(23.9%);squamouscellcarcinoma(SCC)were in 3 cases(3.3%).The coincide rate compared with biopsy is 92.4%.Conclusion: liquid-based cytololgytes(tTCT)can improve the positive of CIN,which is a important method in the screening of CIN.
