摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜下电切除术的配合。方法:对手术室2007年1月至2008年10月期间在宫腔镜下行电切除术16例患者的手术配合进行回顾性分析,寻找其配合要点和注意事项。结果:通过加强患者手术前心理护理,注重术中电极和相关仪器正确使用,适时适量使用膨宫液,同时加强患者生命体征观察,所有患者手术顺利,无并发症发生。结论:做好手术配合是宫腔镜下电切除术成功的重要部分。
Objective： To discuss and explore the cooperation of electrosurgical excision under hysteroscopy. Method： By reviewing 16 cases of electrosurgical excision under hysteroscopy in the First People＇s Hospital of Dali City from January 2007 to October 2008, this paper analyzed the key points of surgical cooperation. Result： Intensive mental care before operation, proper and correct use of electrode and related instruments, timely and proper quantity of expanding liquid, and careful observation on the life signals were necessary. All cases were successful, and no complication occurred. Conclusion： Cooperation of nursing is essential to the performance of electrosurgical excision under hysteroscopy.
