With the lie-detecting technology applied in the judicial practice, there exist different opinions to the evidence competence and the localization of the lie-detecting conclusion. The objectivity and relevancy of the lie-detecting conclusion are demonstrated in the article fi＇om the principles and methods of the lie-detecting technology. However, the lack of law leads to that lie-detecting conclusion does not have the legitimacy, so it was denied by evidence. According to the development of the lie-detecting technology, the competency of evidence of lie-detecting conclusion is worth waiting for.
