In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness in cracking down the drug crime eases, we should pay attention to some problems： grasping proper arresting suspect opportunities accurately; grasping and using ＂pretending to buy＂ investigation methods; judging suspect subjective ＂fully aware＂ scientifically; collecting and fixing crime proofs; constructing and using drug special information.
