摘要
自80年代以来,苏锡常三城市及其外围乡镇长期超量开采第Ⅱ承压水,致使水位持续下降。通过分析第Ⅱ承压含水层的水文地质条件、开采现状以及出现的主要环境地质问题,在没有现行标准可遵循条件下,系统地确定了超采区的划分方法、划分原则和划分标准。即以地下水实际开采量和可开采资源量的比值为基本条件,地面沉降程度和地下水位下降速率为制约条件将区内第Ⅱ承压含水层分布区划分成严重、重度、中度、轻度超采区和未超采区,为苏锡常三市可开采资源量的分配和地下水资源的管理提供了水文地质依据。
Since the 1980s,the groundwater level of Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou region has continuously descended owing to the long term overexploitation of No.Ⅱ confined water.This paper,taking the ratio of the amount of actually exploited groundwater over that of the exploitable resource as the basic condition,and the degree of land subsidence and the speed of water level descension as the restricting factors,classifies the No. Ⅱ confined water into five categories,i.e. seriously,heavily,moderately,slightly and not overexploited areas.This may provide a geological basis for the distribution of exploitable groundwater resources and their management in the Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou region.
