摘要 针对电动自行车用蓄电池生产中需要根据其极板重量进行分拣的工艺要求,提出了一种极板快速称重分拣的方法,该方法利用无刚性冲击的间歇运动机构、快速数字式称重传感器、PLC控制器、气动上下料系统等手段,实现极板的自动化快速称重分选.重点讨论了该方法中最主要的部件:智能快速数字式称重传感器的工作原理、参数设置、滤波方式的选择、称重数据采集的触发方式与震荡时间的计算与设置等,有效地去除了由于分选机构的机械动作引起的机械振动以及工作现场的外界干扰对实际重量信号的淹没.以PLC作为智能传感器的上位控制器,完成了PLC与智能传感器的通讯,介绍了PLC对智能传感器的命令方式以及与控制器之间的数据交换、系统调试使用方法. In the production of accumulators used in electromotion bicycles, pads are needed to be sorted by weight. Aimed at this work procedure, this paper gives a method of fast weight-check and sorting for pads. This auto fast weight-check and sorting method for pads makes use of non-rigidity-impact intermittent motion structure, fast digital sensor, PLC, and pneumatic material sending system to realize the fast weight-check and sorting for pads . The primary parts discussed here are the intelligent fast digital weight-check sensor, its work principle, parameters setting, choosing of filtering mode, spring mode of data-collecting, and the calculation and setting of the concussion time. The sensor avoids effectively the actual weight signal flooded by mechanical vibrations caused by sorting motion, and the interference from environment. The last part of this paper discussed the communication mode between the sensor and the upper controller (PLC) , the command mode and data exchange mode of PLC with the sensor, and the debugging of the system.
