摘要
为了提高工业控制的精度和自动化的水平,采用可编程控制器对步进电机的四相八拍进行控制,从而实现工业领域的自动控制。比传统的直接用异步电动机执行控制的优势有:接线简单,成本低,控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,操作方便,自动化程度高,应用范围广。
In order to improve the precision of industrial control and the level of automation, the programmable controller has been adopted to exert four - phase and eight - racket controlling of the stepping motor in the article, and thus the automatic control in industrial fields can be realized. Comparing with the traditional controlling through asynchronous motor directly, there is much superiority, such as, simple connecting wire, low cost, high controlling precision, strong anti -jamming ability, convenient operating, high automation and broad application scope.
