三十六员八胺四酚大环配体的合成研究

Studies on synthesis of a 36-membered octaaminotetraphenol macrocyclic ligand

摘要 对2,6-二甲酰基对甲苯酚与乙二胺进行[4+4]成环缩合的反应过程进行了研究,优化了实验条件,提高了合成产率。 The [ 4 + 4 ] cyclocondensation reaction involving 2, 6 - Diformyl - 4 - methyl - phenol and 1, 2- diaminoethane was studied. Compared with the literature method, modification for the synthetic method led to improving the yield.
