来曲唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤40例疗效观察

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Letrozole Combing with GuizhiFuling Capsule on 40 Cases Hysteromyoma

目的观察来曲唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选择40例子宫肌瘤患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予来曲唑片联合桂枝茯苓胶囊,对照组只服用桂枝茯苓胶囊,服药方法及疗程同治疗组,观察疗效。结果2个疗程后治疗组的临床症状改善情况、瘤体缩小程度、有效率、显效率、不良反应发生情况均优于对照组。结论来曲唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效肯定,副作用小。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Letrozole combing with GuizhiFuling capsule on hysteromyoma. Methods 40 cases of hysteromyoma were divided into two groups. Treatment group received Letrozole tablets combining with GuizhiFuling capsule. Control group was treated only with GuizhiFuling capsule. The medication and treatment course were the same with those of treatment group. The treatment effect was observed. Results After two treating periods, the situation for clinical symptom was improved, the extent of tumor was reduced, the efficiency, effective rate, the incidence of poor reactions were superior to that of treatment group. Conclusion The effect is sure for Letrozole combing with GuizhiFuling capsule to treat hysteromyoma, and there is a characteristics of fewer side effects.
