摘要
综述番石榴的营养成分、药理作用、临床应用及其在食品工业中的开发利用现状,以及发展前景。青梅含有丰富的营养物质,具有降血糖、收敛止泻、止痒、抗氧化、平衡血糖及清肝、治疗糖尿病等功效,在医药和食品工业中有着广泛的作用。
This paper introduced the nutritional composition and pharmacological action of guava, summarized its current situation and tendency of processing utilization in such industries as medicine, food and health protection, proposed some suggestions on its developing prospect in China. Guava has the effect on reducing blood sugar, relieving itching, anti-oxidation and treatment sugar diabetes, and it has comprehensive utility in such industries as medicine and food.
