摘要
我国有丰富的紫苏资源。传统中药中记载,紫苏是药食兼用高营养作物。综述紫苏的有效成分、功效与发展利用的现状。
There is various kind of Perilla resources in China. Perilla was recorded in traditional Chinese medicine is the medicine used along with the high-nutrition food crops. Its ingredient, functional activity and current development and utilization were reviewed in this article.
