摘要
在新型的师资培训中,吸收扣利用成人学习的已有经验,为参训教师搭建“对话、交流、互动”的平台,把培训者作为学.习资源,不仅能够充分调动参训教师的积极性、创造性,还能增强培训的针对性、实践性。
We uptake and use the experience of adult learning and establish a platform of "dialogue, communication and interaction" for training teachers in the new teachers" training form. Trainers can be treated as learning resources, which can not only arouse the training teachers' enthusiasm and creativeness but also enhance the pertinence and practicality of training.
