摘要
文章从我国教师评价的现状入手,分析了我国现行的教师评价在促进教师专业化发展方面存在的一些缺陷和不足,针对这些问题提出了更有借鉴意义的评价方式——区分性教师评价,并在总结其特点的基础之上尝试构建促进教师专业化发展的区分性评价体系。
Beginning with the current situation of teacher evaluation in China, this article analyzed some deficiencies and shortcomings that the existing teacher evaluation did in promoting the professional development Of teachers, in view of these issues, a more meaningful evaluation pattern -distinctive teacher evaluation is proposed, and on the basis of the characteristics, trying to construct the distinctive evaluation system to promote teachers' professional development.
