文章从我国教师评价的现状入手，分析了我国现行的教师评价在促进教师专业化发展方面存在的一些缺陷和不足，针对这些问题提出了更有借鉴意义的评价方式——区分性教师评价，并在总结其特点的基础之上尝试构建促进教师专业化发展的区分性评价体系。
