摘要
在开展中小学教师全员培训中,互动式培训成为一种促进教师专业发展的模式,符合多层次、多渠道、多形式地开展教师继续教育的要求而博得一线教师的青睐。实践证明,互动式培训方式已成为广大中小学教师专业发展的高速路。
The interactive training becomes a kind of mode to promote teachers ' professional development in training primary and middle school teachers, and it has been approved of the teachers at schools since it meets the requirement of a multilevel, multichannel and muhiformed for developping further education for teachers. The practice shows that the interactive training has become a highway to lots of primary and middle school teachers' professional development.
