摘要
就陶瓷基复合材料的增韧机理、基体和增强增韧纤维的选择、陶瓷基复合材料的制造工艺,尤其是CVI工艺作了较为全面的总结和介绍,并提出了陶瓷基复合材料亟待解决的问题和发展方向。
Ceramic matrix composites are high temperature thermostructral engineering materials with high mechanical properties. The composites may overcome the problem of brittleness of ceramics extensively. This paper presents the reinforcement toughening mechanics of ceramic matrix composites, choice of matrix and reinforcement fibers, processes of CMC, especially the process of CVI(Chemical Vapor Infiltration). The improvement and development tendency of CMC are also presented.
