潮间带暗发酵产氢菌群富集和产氢过程分析 被引量:1

摘要 用热、酸、碱和硝酸盐等方法处理海洋潮间带污泥,富集厌氧发酵产氢菌群;以蔗糖为底物配制海水培养基,进行暗发酵产氢研究.通过对产氢菌群的产氢量、pH变化、产气延迟期和产氢速率变化的分析,发现热、酸、碱和硝酸盐等方法处理菌组的产氢量均明显高于未处理组(P<0.05),其中热处理污泥的产氢量最高,是未处理污泥的14.6倍.由此进一步研究起始pH对富集的产氢菌群的产氢影响;发现当起始pH为8时产氢菌群的产氢率最高,达79mL/g蔗糖.在发酵过程中发酵液的pH不断下降,表明所富集的海洋产氢菌属于产酸菌,且当H+浓度下降100倍时会反馈抑制其产氢.
