摘要
采用同时蒸馏法萃取野菊花挥发油,并通过GC-MS法对其进行分离鉴定.该挥发油单料烟加香试验结果表明:野菊花挥发油共鉴定出89种挥发性成分,主要有石竹烯、δ-杜松烯、β-红没药烯、十二烷酸、樟脑等;野菊花挥发油具有改善和修饰单料烟香气、增加清香香韵、减轻刺激性的作用,可用于单料烟加香,添加量以1.0‰为宜.
The essential oil in Chrysanthemum indium L was extracted by simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction (SDE). The volatile constituents in the oil were analyzed by GC - MS. The oil was added into unblended cigarettes as a flavor. The results showed that 89 volatile constituents were identified in the oil, and most of them were monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, inclued caryophyllene, δ - cadinene, β - bisabolene, n-decanoic acid and camphor. The essential oil could improve and modify the flavor of unblended cigarette smoke, enhance the notes of fresh aroma, and reduce its irritation. The essential oil in Chrysanthemum indium L can be used as an unblended cigarette flavoring with the suitable recruitment ratio of 1.0‰.
