摘要
以Ti/PbO2为阳极、Pb为阴极,对苯酚模拟废水电氧化的工艺条件进行研究.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:氯化钠浓度0.1 mol/L,电流密度350 A/m2,苯酚初始含量0.20 g/L,体系初始pH=5.5,废水体积流量100 L/h,电解时间25 m in.在此条件下,苯酚去除率达96.64%,COD去除率达83.92%.
Electrochemical oxidation conditions of phenol simulant wasterwater were studied using Ti/PbO2 as anode and Pb as cathode. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:the sodium chloride concentration was 0. 1 mol/L, the current density was 350 A/m^2 ,the phenol concentration was 0. 20 g/L,the initial pH value was 5.5 ,the waste water flow was 100 L/h,the electrolysis time was 25 min. On these conditions the phenol removal rate could reach 96.64% and the COD removal rate was 83.92%.
