摘要
采用熔融共混法制备PVA/PEG/Mg(OH)2复合材料,并对其非等温结晶行为进行研究.结果表明:PEG在熔融过程中与PVA形成分子间氢键,从而打乱了PVA分子内氢键,使其熔融温度降低;PVA热塑性能的改善使其熔融结晶行为研究成为可能,适量的PEG可减弱PVA的结晶能力;冷却速度对PVA晶核的形成方式没有影响,但影响PVA的结晶度和结晶速度,在复合材料熔融加工过程中可通过调节冷却速率来改善其性能.
PVA / PEG / Mg ( OH ) 2 composites were prepared by means of torque rheometer. The non - isothermal crystallization kinetics of PVA/PEG/Mg(OH) 2 composites were studied. The results showed that PEG made the melt temperature of PVA decreased through the hydrogen-bonding interactions between PVA and PEG matrix in the composites. Realization of thermal processing of PVA makes the studies on its melt-crystallization behavior possible. The addition of PEG in composites could further inhabit the crystallization of PVA. Cooling rate had no effects on the nucleation of PVA, but affected its crystallinity and crystallization rate. It indicates that the crystallization behavior of PVA can be controlled by adjusting the cooling rate, so as to obtain the PVA/PEG/Mg(OH) 2 composites with excellent performance.
