高坝金铜矿床定位于动力变质的碎裂岩中,赋矿岩石为碎裂玄武岩和闪长岩,矿体在活动的构造环境中形成,围岩蚀变强烈,是一个在岩浆热液作用下形成的构造蚀变岩型矿床。
