球囊扩张及内支架置入对食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的治疗分析

The clinical value of ballnoon dilation and stents in the management of anastomotic strictures following esophagectomy

目的探讨食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者的治疗方法。方法经口咽部局麻下进人导丝,根据情况对36例食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者行球囊扩张及金属内支架治疗。结果分析36例食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者行球囊扩张及金属内支架治疗,疗效确切肯定。结论食管癌术后吻合口狭窄者,行球囊扩张及金属内支架治疗,能够提高生存质量,是一种安全有效的姑息治疗方法,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective： To discuss an effective method in the patients with anastomotic strictures after esophagectomy, Methods： Metallic stents and ballnoon dilation were implanted in 36 patients. The stents were implanted under fluoroscopic guidance after the target lesion was continued and dilated by the balloon catheter. Results： The technical successful rate was 100%.No dislodgement was encountered. Conclusion： Esophageal stent placement is a simple, effective way for patients with anastonotic strictures following esophagectomy.The complication is preventable.
