摘要 目的分析应用国产PVA颗粒对肝癌进行栓塞治疗的疗效,为临床治疗肝癌方法选择上提供参考。方法河南科技大学第三附属医院2008年11月至2008年12月经肝动脉应用碘油、明胶海绵颗粒及PVA颗粒栓塞治疗肝癌病人10例,对选用不同栓塞材料的疗效进行对比分析。结果PVA颗粒栓塞肝动脉治疗肝癌疗效优于其他类栓塞材料。结论对于肝癌的栓塞治疗,栓塞材料的不同会在治疗效果上有所差异,临床上同时也应考虑综合因素进行选择。 Object: To analyze the therapeutic effect of domestic PVA granula to hepatoma through embolism.Method: Ten patients with hepatoma were enrolled in the study. The patients have been treated with embolic material independently such as iodized oil ,gelatin sponge granula or PVA granula through liver arteries. Result: The therapeutic effect of PVA granula was better than other embolic materials .Conclusion: As far as the embolization treatment to hepatoma is concerned, different embolic material can make different effect. So clinical doctors should consider comprehensive factors for the choice of embolism material while treating a hepatoma patient.
