区域动脉灌注联合腹腔内化疗及热疗治疗进展期胃癌疗效学观察

Regional intra-arterial chemotherapy combined with intra-abdominal hyperthermia for treating advanced gastric cancer

目的研究区域动脉灌注联合腹腔内化疗及热疗治疗进展期胃癌疗效。方法治疗组应用区域动脉灌注联合腹腔内化疗及热疗治疗进展期胃癌19例,对照组17例,采取全身化疗(FOLFOX4方案)。结果治疗组有效率(CR+PR)为68.42%,对照组的有效率(CR+PR)为35.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论区域动脉灌注联合腹腔内化疗及热疗能提高进展胃癌疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of to treat advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods： There were 19 cases of advanced gastric cancer received regional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia intraperitoneal and 17 cases of the control group received systemic chemotherapy （FOLFOX4） program. Results： The efficiency of the treatment group （CR ＋ PR） was 68.42%, the efficiency of the control group （CR ＋ PR） was 35.29%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is effective to treat gastric carcinoma with regional intra- arterial chemotherapy combined with intra-abdominal hyperthermia.
