左单一冠状动脉畸型一例
Isolated single coronary artery
摘要
患者李某，女，73岁。因间发头晕3年余，再发伴胸闷痛7天入院。查体：BP195／110mmHg，HR75次／分，律齐，心音可，A2〉P2，各瓣膜区未闻及明显病理性杂音。入院后查心肌酶谱正常，cTn-I定性阴性；肝肾功能正常；血脂TG2．49mmol／L，余正常。ECG示：1、窦性心律；2、房性早搏；3、STv3-v6近似水平下移0．05mV，Tv3-v5切迹改变；4、电轴轻度左偏。
