摘要
基于复杂性科学的相关理论与方法,本文对突现的概念,突现所呈现的新特征以及突现的适应性受限生成过程进行了探讨;并结合具体的一类复杂系统即复杂群决策系统,分析了复杂群决策系统的突现特征,提出一种基于适应性受限生成过程模型的复杂群决策系统的突现机理。
Based on the relevant theory and methods of complexity science, the paper analyses the concept, new characters and adapting constrained gen- erating procedure of emergence ; Comhinating specific complex group decision-making system, the emergence of complex group decision-making system is discussed ; Then the emergence decision mechanism of complex group decision system is proposed based on the adaptating constrained generating procedure mode.
