A Tentative Research on Academical Sovereignty in Scientific Controversies

研究科学争论所面临的诸多困难要求人们重新审思科学争论的本质。本文从科学政治学的角度,提出学术主权的概念。在现实的科学活动中,多数情况下科学争论的实质是对学术主权的争夺。在科学争论中,学术主权具有明确的内涵与特征。研究学术主权对于深入认识科学的社会运行具有重要意义。

A lot of problems in scientific controversies studies require a new inspection to the essence of the scientific controversy. The paper raises a new conception of academical sovereignty （AS） from the angel of politics of science, arguing that most scientific controversies are in fact the competition of aca1 demical sovereignty. Academical sovereignty has explicit connotation and features in scientific controversy. To study academical sovereignty is significant and instructive for intensive comprehentionof the social function of science.
