摘要
目的研究远志科远志属植物黄花倒水莲Polygala fallax根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex L H-20柱色谱以及重结晶等方法,分离纯化黄花倒水莲的化学成分,通过波谱方法对结构进行解析和鉴定。结果确定了6个化合物的结构,分别为3-O-β-D—glucopyranosyl senegenic acid(Ⅰ)、远志皂苷(tenuifolin,Ⅱ)、细叶远志皂苷元(presenegenin,Ⅲ)、1,7-二甲氧基-2,3亚甲二氧基仙酮(1,7-dimethoxy-2,3-methyienedioxy xanthone,Ⅳ)、芥子酸(sinapinicacid,Ⅴ)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid,Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅲ~Ⅵ为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中发现的远志酸型皂苷,且为新化合物,命名为黄花倒水莲皂苷A(fallaxsaponin A)。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Polygala fallax. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl senegenic acid ( Ⅰ ), tenuifolin (Ⅱ), presenegenin ( Ⅲ ), 1, 7-dimethoxy-2, 3-methylenedioxy xanthone (Ⅳ), sinapinic acid ( Ⅴ ), ferulic acid (Ⅵ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅲ- Ⅵ are isolated from P. fallax for the first time. Compound I is a new triterpenoid saponin, named fallaxsaponin A.
