摘要
本文简要介绍了Ⅱ型海洋资料浮标系统中短波通讯浮标接收岸站及海事卫星通讯浮标接收岸站以及二者的不同点及优缺点，最后着重介绍了海事卫星浮标接收岸站的软件设计。
オn this paper the design of receiving station of FZF2 marine data buoy for both short-wave communication and Inmarsat-C Satellite are presented briefly.In the last,the design of soft ware for Inmarsat-C coastal station is given.
