摘要
对百合自交和杂交授粉过程中花粉在雌蕊上的生长动态进行了荧光观察,并对雌蕊内保护酶和内源激素变化进行了比较分析。结果表明,自交亲和、杂交不亲和授粉均引起了保护酶、内源激素的协同作用,并随花粉萌发生长而变化。高水平的SOD、POD与IAA、GA3和ZR有利于亲和花粉与柱头的识别黏附及萌发(授粉后1~3h),且在此阶段SOD、POD活性变化与IAA、GA3和ZR的合成趋势相似。不亲和授粉雌蕊中ABA始终高于自交授粉,说明高水平的ABA与杂交不亲和授粉相关。
In this paper, the development of pollen was observed under fluoroscope, the dynamic changes of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones in pistil were studied during self-pollination and cross-pollination of Lilium 'Snow Queen'. The results showed that the co-changes of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones were caused by pollination compatibility, which varied with pollen development. The high level of SOD and POD and the contents of IAA, GA3 and ZR were beneficial to compatible pollen adhesion and germination ( 1 - 3 h after pollination), the activities of SOD and POD had a similiar tendency with the contents of IAA, GA3 and ZR during this stage. The content of ABA of cross-pollination was higher than that in self-pollination, indicating that the high level of ABA was related with cross-incompatibility.
