摘要
以半无叶豌豆保丰5号为试材,测定了卷须的表面积和光合强度,研究了卷须对生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明,保丰5号植株中部卷须表面积为4.7cm^2,占托叶面积的17.8%;光合速率为9.021mg/dm^2·h,占托叶光合速率的76.1%。去掉一半和全部卷须使生育节奏发生改变,成熟期提前2~5d,株高明显降低,单株子粒产量明显下降;去掉全部卷须,减产50%以上。
For understanding the influence of compound tendrils on the growth and development of semi-leafless pea,the area of the compound leaf tendrils was measured by using reading microscope. Photosynthetic rate was determined by using improved half-leaf method, and the treatments of picking off half and whole number of tendrils were applied. The surface area of a typical compound tendrils of Baofeng No. 5 was 4.7 cm^2 ,equal to 17.8% of one typical stipule surface. The photosynthetic rate of a compound tendrils was 9. 021 mg/dm^2· h,equal to 76.1% that one stipule performed. Growth and development rhythm changed ty stage was earlier 2 -5 d than control. Picking off compound grain yield. Picking off all compound tendrils caused over 50% after picking off compound tendrils, and the maturitendrils made significantly shorter plant and lower yield loss.
