根据教育部本科教学评估对图书馆的合格及优秀指标的要求,分析了纸质文献在高校文献信息资源建设中仍占有重要地位,在注重实体馆藏建设的同时,不可忽略虚拟资源的作用。提出科学合理采选文献、特色资源的建设及虚拟资源建设的思路和方法。

According to the requirement to library for National Ministry of Education university evaluation, this article states that paper literature is still important to building of library information resource, and the importance of virtual resource should not be ignored while paying attention to material collection. It also puts forward a method of which rational purchases can be made, a thinking of which feature resources and virtual resources can be developed at same time.
