浅谈图书馆服务的公益性与社会化

公共图书馆是社会公益性的文化教育机构,是国家科学文化发展水平的标志之一,是社会文明的窗口之一,体现着一个国家文化水平以及社会的文明程度。但是,我国公共图书馆的建设和发展还存在很大的不足和差距,为此提出了提升我国图书馆服务公益化的途径和策略。

Public library is the society public welfare culture and education organization. It is one of national science and culture level of development symbols and social civilization windows. The public library is manifesting a country cultural level as well as society＇s civilized degree. But, our country public library＇s construction and the development existence very big insufficiency and disparity, this article based on this proposed promotes our country Library service public welfare way and the strategy.
