摘要
高职院校图书馆如何根据时代发展和自身的特点,实现传统的人力资源管理向现代战略性人力资源管理是高职院校图书馆不断发展创新的一个亮点。分析了高职院校图书馆传统人力资源管理存在的问题与成因,并阐述了战略性人力资源管理是代替传统人力资源管理的一种必然。
According to the development of the times and its characteristic in college libraries. To achieve the traditional human resources management is the light of developing and making innovations. This essay analyses the problem and the cause of the traditional human resources management in college libraries. It also elaborates that strategic human resources management certainly takes the place of traditional human resources management.
