摘要 介绍了一种宽调谐准连续钛宝石激光器,其采用腔内倍频准连续532nmNd:YAG固体激光器作为泵浦源。通过合理的膜系设计,选用棱镜作为调谐元件,仅采用一个输出镜就获得了680~940nm的宽调谐输出。当绿光功率为12w对应重复频率4.5kHz时,在中心波长795nm处,其平均输出功率为2.2w,光谱线宽为5nm。 A continuously tunable Ti: sapphire laser system with a acoustooptic Q-switched intra-cavity frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser at 532 nm as the pump source is introduced. By adaptive coating design, the broad tunability from 680 nm to 940 nm has been obtained just using a single output mirror. Choosing a prism as dispersion element, the linewidth of the center wavelength at 795 nm is narrowed to 5 nm. The maximum average output power is 2.2 W, at the incident pump power of 12 W with the repetition rate of 4.5 kHz.
