摘要
谐振式光学陀螺(ROG)是基于光学Sagnac效应产生的谐振频率差来测量旋转角速率的一种新型光学传感器。根据矩阵法,得到ROG中偏振波动引起的系统零漂的解析表达式。利用该解析表达式,估算达到谐振式集成微光学陀螺系统中等精度要求所需的偏振匹配参数。通过实验,验证偏振控制器对抑制偏振噪声的效果。
The resonator optic gyro (ROG) based on the Sagnac effect is a novel inertial rotation sensor. According to the matrix method, the zero drift caused by the polarization-fluctuation was derived. Using the analysis formula, the parameters about the polarization were gotten to reach require of the moderate sensitivity in the resonator micro-optic gyro (R-MOG). Through the experiments in the R-MOG,it was proved that the polarization controller had importantly influence on the control of polarization-fluctuation.
