摘要
通过大田试验,研究了不同移栽期对保山香料烟叶片碳氮代谢关键酶活性和烟叶化学成分的影响,结果表明:11月18日移栽的烟株,在生长发育时期由以氮代谢为主向以碳的积累为主的转变较为平衡,但是在此移栽期的基础上,应注意烟株生长发育过程中氮素的适当追加,以提高上部叶烟碱含量。使上部叶化学成分趋于协调。移栽期过早或过晚,由于气候因素的影响,都会导致烟叶在整个发育时期内碳氮代谢转变不平衡,烟叶化学成分不协调。

So that chemical composition tends to coordinate of the upper leaf. The transplanting periods is too earily or too late, As the climate factors will lead to carbon and nitrogen metabolism imbalance in the development of the whole tobacco, the chemical composition of tobacco is lack of coordination.
