The education planning of ＂One Student, One Village＂ is a serious method for revitalization of agriculture by Science and Education of Heilongjiang province. And it is the guarantee to building a new socialist countryside. The article discusses how to carry out library extra service to the student of the planning. We should do our best to educate excellent students graduated from agricultural universities and provide technical-support and talent-security for the development of rural areas.
