摘要
分析图书馆知识管理的内涵,探讨数字图书馆服务为什么需要知识管理,进而针对服务中的服务方式、服务人员,从知识服务、个性化信息服务和虚拟参考咨询服务以及图书馆员服务团体几个角度,阐述知识管理理念对数字图书馆服务的指导作用。
The paper has analyzed the definition of Knowledge Management in library, and explored the reasons needing it for the digital library. Services include service ways and services, etc. This paper will aim at these aspects, from the Knowledge Service, Personalized Information Service and Virtual Reference Service, as well as librarian service organization, to explain the role of guidance of the concept of knowledge management for digital library service, in order to implement Digital Library Services better based on the knowledge management.
