摘要
参考咨询工作是图书馆工作的一个重要组成部分,也是深化读者服务的一种必要手段。由于现代学科之间的渗透性、交叉性与相关性越来越强,就需要图书馆领导必须高度重视图书馆参考咨询工作,合理配备人员和设备等。从工作实际出发,阐述了参考咨询服务工作的内容、手段方式、服务对象以及管理上取得的成绩、存在的问题,最后提出了一些较为合理的设想、建议。
Consultant service is an important part in the library and also is the necessary means to deepen the service for the readers. Because of the penetrability, intertexture and relativity of the modem science, it needs high emphasis on the reference service for the leaders in the library. The article expounds the content, means, service object of the reference service and the achievements and problems on the management fi'om the practical work. At last it puts forward some relatively reasonable assumptions and suggestion.
