圆盘浇铸机是铜冶金工艺中的重要设备。介绍了圆盘浇铸工艺、圆盘浇铸机的主体结构。通过将可编程控制器(PLC)、现场组态技术与现场检测仪表融合应用,形成了集电力、液压、气动为一体的圆盘浇铸机综合控制系统。
Being an important system in copper metallurgy, the disc casting machinery and its main constitution were introduced. The casting sensing detection instrument, machinery integrates the programmable logic control, industrial configuration and and form an integrated control system with electrical technology, hydraulic technology, pneumatic technology.
