介绍了某工厂针对从波兰进口的PH-LR1250型铜管棒挤压机冷锯总成严重老化、故障频繁的问题,对其进行国产化替代的方法措施。该厂冷锯总成的国产化应用取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at many problems of serious aging and frequent faults resulted from cold saw assembly for PH-LR1250 type copper tube extruder imported from Poland; a certain factory puts forward some methods to carry out the replacement of localization. Application of localization of cold saw assembly in the factory has obtained good economic efficiency and social efficiency.
