摘要 正式化机制是以个体为基础的组织形成特定目标、结构、功能体,实现组织化的主要机制。正式化机制以个体特征为基础,可抽象为结构化、规范化和角色化三种过程。个体特征和在此基础上存在的非正式组织导致正式化本身存在限度。通过调节组织与个人、正式组织与非正式组织之间的矛盾和背离,把握组织一体化程度,既能满足组织管理的效率、效用逻辑,又能同时实现个人发展和组织存续目标,实现组织与个人的和谐发展。 Formalization is a main organizing mechanism through which an organization of individuals forms its specific goal, structure and function. Based on the individual characteristics, the formalization mechanism can be abstracted as three processes, namely structurization, regularization and rolemaking. Formalization has limitation because of the existence of individual characteristics and informal organizations. To achieve the organizational efficiency and individual development, we must balance the conflict and deviation between organization and individual, formal and informal organizations, and control the degree of organizational integration, thus accomplish the harmonious development of both the organization and individual as well.
