区域电网电力外送的新模式探究

区域或省级电网经通过其地区电网经较低电压等级的输电线路以倒负荷方式对邻近区域供电,提高了资源在全网范围内的优化利用及供电可靠性水平。首先分析了为确保系统的稳定运行而考虑的稳态计算及电压稳定计算,基于外送地区的网架结构、负荷水平进行分析,并提出了与该外送模式相对应的市场交易模式,确保其顺利实施。同时用一个简单算例说明了该外送模式下应注意的相关问题。

Regional or provincial power grids supply electricity to nearby regions through transmission lines of lower voltage grade, thus enhancing the optimized application of resources nationwide and the liability of power supply. The paper first makes analysis on the stable calculation and voltage stable calculation for the stable operation of the system on the basis of grid structure and load level of the receiving regions. And then, it puts forward the market trading mode corresponding with the new transmission mode. Meanwhile, a simple example is employed to demonstrate the issues requiring attention in the transmission mode.
