二合一中梁型钢轧制实验研究

摘要 二合一中梁型钢属于异形断面型钢中的薄壁大断面型钢,设计采用了热轧热弯工艺。针对二合一中梁型钢孔型系统,将孔型缩小为实际尺寸的1/4,利用实验轧机轧制铅试样的实验方法,顺利完成了轧制试验,得到实验成品。实验和有限元模拟结果表明,直接轧制二合一中梁型钢的工艺方法是可行的,同时也验证了孔型系统的可靠性,为将来的生产提供了可靠的轧制参数。 Two-in-one center sill section steel is a kind of complex thin wall section steel. Heat rolling-heat ben- ding technology was adopted in roll pass design in order to make uniform mechanical property. The rolling experiments were performed in the rolling mill of laboratory with lead,the roll pass scale is 1:4 according to the actual size of the two-in-one center sill steel. The experimental work was finished smoothly and precision of the final The experimental proves that the direct rolling technology of two-in-one center sill section steel product is perfect. is feasible and roll pass system is reliable. The results will offer reliable rolling parameters for the actual produce in future.
