摘要
以火车转向架虚拟拆装系统开发为例,叙述了开发虚拟装配任务培训系统的开发过程。使用Pro/E、3DMAX等软件建立三维模型后,导入EONStudio软件中进行模型驱动。详细描述了如何在EON中进行功能节点设置和通过连续复杂路径排列控制大量零件依次有序地进行精确运动的问题。虚拟装配任务培训系统以其直观、廉价、交互性好和可重复操作等优良特性,具有很大的市场潜质和应用价值。
Taking a train redirector virtual assembly system as an example, developing process of virtual assembly training system was specified. After modeling in Pro/E or 3 DMAX, assembled objects' 3 D models were loaded into EON Studio to drive. Function nodes setting in EON was depicted. Then a problem of how to control a plenty of accessories moving sequentially was solved through continuous complex routes arrangement. Virtual assembly mission training system is intuitive, cheap, nice interaction and can operate repeatedly , and so it has vast market value.
