以深化教学改革和调整学科结构为基础，打破以课程设置实验室的条块分割局面，在实验室体制的建设上实行集中管理，建立公共教学实验中心，以适应２１世纪人才培养的需要。
It is recommended to deepen the teaching reform,adjust the subject structure and abolish the establishment of laboratories by teaching courses.The Public Centre of Teaching Experiments (PCTE) should be set up to suit the needs of training the qualified personnel forth the 21st century.
