摘要
用ANSYS分析软件对强制摩擦制动系统进行了模拟计算。通过模拟计算得到了系统在运动过程中各部件的受力情况及相互作用和变形情况,得出接触时系统产生的摩擦力和正压力,可获得系统达到制动所需的叶片数目。为进一步研究提供了有价值的计算机模拟方法。
The enforced friction braking system is simulated by using ANSYS. The stress state, interaction and deformation of components in the system in the process of the movement is obtained. The friction and positive pressure between leaves and outer-wall are given. The number of needed leaves is also acquired for the purpose of braking. A Valuable method is provided for further research.
