摘要
近些年来随着航天事业的飞速发展,微波辐射计得到了广泛的应用。检波器是影响微波辐射计线性特性的核心器件。分析了影响检波器平方律区间的参数,设计了应用于微波辐射计的C波段平方律检波器并对其进行性能优化,尽可能提高检波器的平方律区间。并从微波辐射计接收目标辐射的噪声信号的特性出发,分析了在设计平方律区间时由于输入噪声信号瞬时功率分布较宽所带来的问题。
With the fast development of aerospace engineering,microwave radio-meter is widely used in lots of domain. Detector is the core component that affects the linearity of microwave radiometer system. The parameters which affect the square-law range of detector are analyzed, a C-band square detector applied in microwave radiometer is designed and deveoped. Square-law range of detector is improved as far as possible. Based upon the character of target radiated noise signal which is received by the microwave radiometer, the question caused by the fact that the band of instantaneous power of input noise signal is much wider.
