摘要
利用高空大气运动及晴空颠簸区的观测事实，得到适合于晴空颠簸区的湍能倾向方程的简化形式，通过对方程中各项物理意义的分析，提出了一种判断晴空颠簸区的指标，并与以前提出的其他一些判断指标进行比较，获得了一些新的认识。
By the observational facts of upper level wind and in CAT area,a simplified TKE equation suitable for CAT are is obtained.Based on the analysis of the physical Mechanisms of the TKE equation and some known CAT forcasting indexes,some new knowledge are obtained and a new CAT forcasting index is developed.
