灌浆技术修复水泥混凝土路面脱空的应用探讨(英文)

摘要 用水泥、砂、粉煤灰、减水剂、膨胀剂和水为原料,设计脱空板灌浆材料配合比。用膨胀率,抗压强度和抗折强度来考察各原料对灌浆材料配合比的影响,确定脱空板灌浆材料的配合比。所制备的灌浆材料为水泥混凝土路面脱空板修复提供一种新的配合比。 The grout mixture, has been accomplished successfully by using some kinds of concrete, sand, fly ash, water reduce agent, expanding agent and water. The effects of the preparative process material on the ratio of the grouting material were investigated with expansion strength, the compressive s and the ratio of the grouting material are synthetically confirmed. Finally, research trength and the tension strength, result offers a late-ratio grouting material for repairing technology of concrete pavement cavity.
